details include exposed structural and MEP coordination to keep an
industrial-but-polished aesthetic, custom metal and timber joinery
for counters and banquettes, and eclectic feature fittings
(retro-style installations and statement lighting) that support a
lively, multi-vendor environment while meeting durability and
cleaning requirements of a busy food hall
